How to measure
Lay a T-shirt flat without stretching it. Measure chest width from armpit to armpit; body length from the highest shoulder point beside the neck to the hem; sleeve length from the shoulder seam to the sleeve edge; and shoulder width between the shoulder seams across the back. Compare like-for-like garment measurements, not your chest circumference.
